Registerd Nick Taken By PeerCommons?

I've had the Registered Nickname of dackbig for some time. Then starting a few weeks ago (about) I kept getting the message Inappropriate Nickname (or something like that) and was not able to log on with that Registered Nickname. A few days ago I tried again and it said that it was being used. I did a /whois and this came up:

DaCKBiG is enforcer@frostwire.com * Services Enforcer
dackbig End of /WHOIS list.

Note: This is EXACTLY how I used the caps when in chat (small a and i)

I have also gotten this message when the user doesn't seem to be online: (-NickServ- This nickname may not be used. Please choose another one.)

It appears that someone on the server side liked my nickname ..

Before I go off on a rant, I would like some input from a Mod.

The nick is an anagram of something else as you know and the fact that it has only been noticed recently means that it has only recently been dis-allowed, so please use a new nick.

Ok, I get that I guess. I do not see what is so bad with what that anagram is but whatever. It's "your" network. I do not have a problem with that so much.

However, now comes my followup. Why was/is it used by a network service? If it is offensive why is it being allowed to be used at all?

At this point I do not really care and I do not want to cause trouble but it seems kind of convenient that the nick was deemed inappropriate and then a network service started using it. For the sake of the network and it's users there should be some transparency here.

I consider the issue over from my stand point but I do hope that internally things can be cleaned up a bit.

The nickname is Q:LIned aka forbidden, noone is using it, the server has it locked to prevent usage, you can ns info allot of inappropriate nicknames and find the same enforcer holding them.
