Can't connect to turbo-charged

Please help! The last several weeks I can not connect Frostwire (version 5.2.11) to turbo-charged for some reason. Also, my download max speed limited to 350-360 KB/s. I never encountered these issues before. I appreciate helpful solutions!

The Turbocharged icon is only there in the 5.x version to show activity, try doing a search and downloading something. You can adjust your connection settings in tools > options > Bittorrent > Advanced.

Made the necessary adjustments but still didn't work. I will try to uninstall and reinstall the program to see if the problems resolved. Thank you for your help though.

Update: The problems still occur (can't connect to Turbo-Charged and download speed would not exceed 370 KB/s) after reinstalling Frostwire. At first I thought it was my internet provider but apparently the problems exist elsewhere.

Please go to Help, or sharing help > about and check which version of Frostwire you are actually using, and also tell us what it says at bottom left where it seems you are not seeing turbocharged connection.

I am using version 5.2.11. In the past when it's connected, the turbocharged bars would turn blue but now it's grey. However, my main problem is the download max speed only 370 KB/s
