perhaps a pre-release version for "testing and evaluation" could be released fairly quickly....

If there are any logos needed for the new/latest version, I'm still open to helping out anyway that I can. I posted those few a long while back in the respected thread for logo designs, and am open to suggestions/new ideas for logos as well.

By 4.12 I assume you mean 4.11

The current version is only 4.10.9

I'm assuming that by 4.12 they mean 4.12. LimeWire is already on 4.12.6, so they're probably building off of the latest source code. I could be wrong though, you never know what's going through their heads.

UPDATE: This release is in LIMBO. Not sure if it will ever be released. (Highly doubtful)... Due to time constraints, bug fixes and the fact that LW's release schedule is out of sync with ours (we've been wanting to release this version for a long while now). We may just scrap this version (4.12), hide it away and start syncing with LW's next version (4.13 BETA) Which could quite possibly be the start of 5.0.... AFAIK, that was the 5.0 version agenda to release BT into production... which is probably what LW 4.13 Beta will have. I will provide more details as we plan this out... at the moment, we are still UNSURE about what our final plans are.

That sucks. You can implement the work you've done for this release in future releases or are we back at square one?

Everything we've done will be implemented in any newer versions.. We use subversion, nothing gets lost.
