So... how do I install FrostWire on Linux?

I downloaded the tar.gz archive of FrostWire and when I open Archive Manager on GNOME, I have no idea where or how to install FrostWire. Can somebody tell me how to do that? Thank you.

Check the Stickies of this section as it prolly has your answers. Remember LW & FW are almost identical. ;) :)
