On the topic at hand:
Also beware of scam messages and fake downloads. There is no legal action being taken against FrostWire itself.. LimeWire is whole different story.

A lot of Internet Service Providers terms of agreement will state that you are not to use their services for p2p traffic, yet they don't block the connections. If you are being legally threatened by your ISP, it is for a breech of contract between you and the service company. FrostWire itself has zero to do with it.
