Can't install

I keep getting this message : Error file for writing C:\Program Files\Frostwire\GenericWindowsUtils.dll

I downloaded it once before, but accidently deleted the shortcut, so i uninstalled it and am ow trying to download it again. If this persists, what should I do? Get limewire? Or what? Help me please!

hiya, go to add/remove programs & uninstall your old Java version. Now reinstall Java using the offline installer here
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Then reinstall FW... see how that goes!
