Recent update won't install.

I keep getting warned from Frostwire that a recent update has in fact been downloaded. I click yes on both tabs I see the PC CPU engage then I get a little circle chasing it's tail and then nothing. I have tried downloading it direct from the site with the same results Nortons seems to think the suspect file is a Laniruso.exe that's hidden in the packaged installer contains a heur.advML.B virus. False positive should i let it through or no?

Does the application has an auto-update feature? I don't remember that being put in placed hopefully one of the other teams members can assist with this.
