Can't update frostwire

I have Frostwire 4.21.1. When it opens I have a message window saying "I seriously need to upgrade" and when I try to download the new file it gives me a message saying that it's not a valid win32 file.
I also have ver 5.3.6 but i don't want torrent file all the time. What version would I upgrade to from 4.21.1? Why is the upgrade file giving me a problem?

I don't think there is an upgrade from 4.21.1. FrostWire has abandoned the gnutella network. Click the link in my signature, and spend some time getting acquainted with the capabilities of torrents. I doubt you''d ever need or want to go back.
