When searching for results all I get is LIMEWIRELAW.COM. Is there anything I need to do on my end or is this
something that cannot be resolved?

These results are spam.
THIS POST will be very useful.
You might consider installing Frostwire 5 from the download link above, It is a different application and works somewhat differntly, and is not subject to spam as the previous version, although if you follow the link I gave you carefully you will rid yourself of most of the spam.
There is a guide for Frostwire 5 HERE with links to a couple of other guides with a FAQ which is constantly being updated.
